John Henry Power provides engineering installation services to the power sector for both Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) applications.
Our expertise footprint allows us to work with clients to deliver planning and feasibility studies, route design, local authority noticing, civils excavation, duct laying and reinstatement, cable installation and jointing and testing and commissioning and we have the ability to call on the planning and delivery of civil engineering expertise from our sister division, John Henry Highways.
As with all of our divisions, we have established trusted relationships with major UK power providers as we deliver a marketing leading service. Our clients include Balfour Beatty Power Networks, EDF Contracting and Visser and Smit Hanab.
The developing renewable energy sector, including solar and wind farms, has also benefited from using John Henry Power’s expertise, due to the complete service offering utilising our Engineering division’s complete service offering from the planning, management and delivery of complete power networks.
John Henry Power’s capabilities have moved beyond cable installation services; as the company has grown, so has the range of skills we now offer our power sector clients. These have been developed not least to support our highway maintenance activities, for example, and include street lighting installation works, motorway communications and matrix signing.
This supports the company’s aim to provide a total solution to all highway infrastructure works.
