As my first year as an apprentice, I felt welcomed and fit into my role as IT Assistant and I was able to develop new skills on the job whilst completing my IT apprenticeship. I have acquired new skills each day working here, through my manager and helping colleagues within the office. John Henry Group has also been very supportive with all the training that comes with being an apprentice.
