Attleborough Office’s Kate Meehan, the winner of the John Henry Group’s Rewarding Excellence Initiative award for May 2017, was presented with her award by John Henry Jnr at Barnham Broom Hotel and Golf Course this morning (Wednesday, June 7th).
The award is presented to John Henry Group colleagues each month to recognise outstanding performances within the company.
Kate received several nominations for her commitment to the business and her work ethic over the past month. The directors agreed that the nomination from Kate’s fellow Attleborough colleague, Taylor Stiff, was the winner.
Taylor wrote of Kate:
“[Kate] consistently goes above and beyond what is expected of her so Norfolk is running as smooth as possible. She does a fantastic job supporting Will Blake and supporting the agents and gangs out in the field by organising site meets, letter drops, site surveys etc. It deserves some recognition.”
Kate received her choice of Waterstones vouchers which she says will help to feed her book buying addiction. Taylor has also kindly given his vouchers to Kate so she’ll have even more books to add to her collection. – Kate’s picture will feature in the next issue of the staff magazine, John Henry CONNECTIONS, along with last month’s winner Chris Sooknanan which will be released at the end of June 2017.
June’s Rewarding Excellence Initiative vote will open shortly. Colleagues have one vote each month to nominate someone who has gone the extra mile across the course of that month. Thank you to everyone who voted in May’s nominations.
