Richard Hughes has been appointed as the business’ new Interim Head of People for the John Henry Group.
Richard joined the business just before Easter and is here to support the transformational change in the company and lead the HR function.
He started working in HR more than 20 years ago and has focused as an interim for the last 12 years working in many different organisations and businesses delivering change and enabling teams to become more effective.
Speaking about his appointment as the new Interim Head of People, Richard said, “I am looking forward to working across the whole business, and I am excited about the challenge of helping the whole organisation improve delivery under the new Target Operating Model.”
